Francophonie
The vitality of Francophone communities depends on strong organizations, engaged institutions, and a forward-looking vision. Since PGF’s inception, we have put our expertise and talents at the service of the Canadian Francophonie to help organizations meet today’s challenges and anticipate those of tomorrow. It is in our DNA.
Our deep understanding of the realities, challenges, and aspirations of Canadian minority-language communities—developed through more than 1,500 mandates carried out across the country—enables us to work at all levels: local, regional, provincial, territorial, and pan-Canadian, as well as with a wide range of organizations and sectors.
Over the years, we have contributed to numerous structuring initiatives, including the development of national and regional strategic plans, large-scale consultation processes, the creation of evaluation frameworks and impact measurement tools, as well as strategic considerations on workforce, governance, cross-sectoral collaboration, resource pooling, and organizational transformation.
Our presence across all sectors and levels of intervention allows us to connect organizations, promote the sharing of effective practices, and foster solutions that transcend organizational and sectoral boundaries.
By mobilizing collective intelligence, we help organizations strengthen the coherence of their actions, improve access to French-language services, and better address issues of growth, succession, and development.

Inuit Nunangat
Since 2014, we have supported organizations in Nunangat with their strategic and operational projects. This sustained presence has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of Northern realities and challenges related to governance, human resources, organizational development, and the delivery of public services.
We have had the privilege of collaborating with Inuit organizations such as the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, the Nunavut Water Board, the Qikiqtani Inuit Association, and the Qaujigiartiit Health Research Centre on strategic planning, organizational development, and governance strengthening initiatives.
We work closely with the Government of Nunavut on structuring initiatives aimed at strengthening public service capacity and better meeting the needs of Inuit communities. Our interventions focus on capacity building, improvement of organizational practices, development of a teacher recruitment and retention strategy, as well as support in human resources management and labour relations.
Among our notable achievements is the design and delivery, over nearly ten years, of leadership and public policy development training programs for managers and executives of the Government of Nunavut.
Our interventions are grounded in listening, co-creation, and respect for the guiding principles of Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit (Inuit societal values and traditional knowledge), official languages, and the cultural realities of the territory. By working closely with organizations, communities, and decision-makers, we develop solutions adapted to the Northern context that strengthen local capacities, support sustainable governance, and deliver tangible results for Nunavut communities.
