Today’s challenges require approaches that connect perspectives, sectors, and stakeholders.

It is with this in mind that we work primarily in four sectors — education, health and social services, community development, and economic development. Because these sectors are closely interconnected, we adopt an integrated perspective that enables us to understand their interactions, bring forward cross-cutting solutions, and support lasting transformation.

In each of these sectors, we maintain an in-depth understanding of the issues and draw on a broad network of experts to provide support that is adapted to the realities of our clients and their communities.

Areas of expertise

Education

French-language education is at the heart of our commitment. From early childhood to post-secondary education, including formal, non-formal, and informal learning pathways, we support organizations that shape the Francophone educational ecosystem in Canada.

Our deep knowledge of the sector and its stakeholders enables us to contribute to informed strategic decision-making, the development of programs tailored to community and labour market needs, and a more accessible, relevant, and sustainable educational offering.

Our expertise covers market and feasibility studies, needs and market analyses, organizational transformations, program evaluations, strategic planning, as well as work related to recruitment, retention, and pathways into the teaching profession.

Through a rigorous, participatory approach grounded in real-world conditions, we work with all stakeholders across the ecosystem—Ministries of Education, school boards, teachers’ unions, and partner organizations. Together, we transform challenges into concrete strategies that strengthen the vitality, accessibility, and innovation of French-language education across Canada.

Health and Social Services

Improving access to French-language health and social services requires a nuanced understanding of community realities and the systems that serve them. Since 2010, we have supported organizations in this sector to improve their services and develop strategies adapted to the needs of Francophone populations.

Our expertise includes program and service evaluation, satisfaction assessments, active offer initiatives, and strategic considerations on service integration and organizational innovation. We collaborate with healthcare facilities, community organizations, networks, ministries, and government agencies to design solutions adapted to local realities.

By mobilizing the collective intelligence of decision-makers, funders, professionals, community partners, and beneficiaries through consultation processes, we create the conditions for a shared understanding of issues and collaborative decision-making.

Our approaches contribute to improving user experience, optimizing services, and addressing complex challenges, including the shortage of French-speaking healthcare professionals, budget constraints, and service coordination.

Community development

Community development relies on strong organizations, lasting partnerships, and the ability to act collectively. That is why we support a wide range of stakeholders—community organizations, institutions, associations, foundations, collaborative networks, and governments—in building their capacities, strengthening their partnerships, and increasing their collective impact to contribute to the vitality of communities.

From the local to the pan-Canadian level, our expertise covers strategic planning, organizational reviews, needs assessments, governance processes, consultation and mobilization initiatives, as well as the development of sectoral strategies and collective action plans.

By bringing together organizations, partners, funders, and citizens around a shared vision, we support the emergence of learning communities and organizations capable of learning from their experiences, adapting to change, and innovating collectively.

Our interventions strengthen collaboration, accelerate the transition from ideas to action, and contribute to lasting outcomes for organizations, communities, and the ecosystems they sustain.
