Since 2010, we have supported organizations in this sector to <strong>improve their services and develop strategies adapted to the needs of Francophone populations<\/strong>.<br><br>Our expertise includes <strong>program and service evaluation, satisfaction assessments, active offer initiatives<\/strong>, and <strong>strategic considerations on service integration and organizational innovation<\/strong>.
