A Unique Expertise in Socio-Economic Management

Always seeking to offer innovative approaches to our clients, in 2022 we became the only Canadian firm certified in socio-economic management<\/strong>\u2014an approach developed by the Socio-Economic Institute of Firms and Organizations (ISEOR), affiliated with Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.

Socio-economic management is based on a simple conviction: human performance and organizational performance are inseparable<\/strong>. By identifying hidden costs related to organizational dysfunctions, this approach enables the identification of concrete and lasting levers for improvement.

Based on more than 2,400 intervention-research projects conducted in 46 countries<\/strong> (38% industrial sector \u2013 27% service sector \u2013 35% public sector), this methodology combines scientific rigour, team participation, and structured support<\/strong> to simultaneously improve quality of work life, organizational performance, and value creation. ISEOR’s research shows that an organization’s hidden costs average between $30,000 and $70,000 per employee per year<\/strong>, and that up to 40% can be recovered in the first year<\/strong> through targeted interventions.

We integrate this expertise through approaches that support strategic and structuring projects, both within organizations and in multi-stakeholder initiatives.
