For the first time in its history, PGF was present at the Academy of Management’s 83e annual conference, held this year in Boston under the theme “Putting the Worker Front and Center“. Benoît and Xavier took part as panelists in two workshops on employee recruitment and retention, and innovative management practices in consulting firms.
In addition to providing an opportunity for introspection on our methods and practices, the presentations enabled us to meet with various researchers-practitioners from the Institut de socio-économie des entreprises et des organisations (ISEOR), as well as academics and consultants who are also striving for continuous improvement.
