At its inception in 1988, PGF specialized in organizational development, change management, strategic planning and training. Since then, PGF has expanded its fields of intervention to include complimentary services in public policy research, program evaluation, leadership development and international capacity building.
PGF has supported organizations of all sizes through major initiatives in Canada and abroad. The duration of these engagements has varied significantly; some have spanned years, supporting all phases of a process, while others have been limited to either the provision of initial technical expertise and direction, or to summative program evaluation.
